From 2019 to date the RICS land price survey is now published twice a year and are located at https://www.rics.org/news-insights/market-surveys/rics-rau-rural-land-prices-market-survey
From 2012 to 2018 the Rural Land Survey was carried out by RICS and RAU, the series with the index ceased in 2018 and so the data from 2019 is not the same data and does not include a yield figure.
From the late 1970s until 2012 Farmland Market was published by the RICS in conjunction with other bodies and is available in physical format in the RICS Library. The data is not all scanned, where items have been scanned members can get this free, there is a small cost for scanning where it is not already available. Email knowledge@rics.org for more information
If doing valuations for Capital Gains Tax you also have access to the Valuation Office Agency report from 1982 which includes a section on land prices see the 1982 valuations knowledgebase entry here
