• The RICS Commercial Market Surveys (Global, UK, Europe, APAC, North America etc) are available here. These are generally sentiment and trend based rather than giving prices for typical buildings. 
• The benchmark commercial property price index is provided by MSCI (formally by IPD). However there is a significant cost attached to accessing this data.
• A number of RICS member firms including Savills and CBRE produce reports, it will vary by firm how much they publish on their website and what is only available to clients
• CoStar has a subscription tool that allows subscribers to search for property by region, type, class and a range of other criteria
