The RICS is sometimes asked to amend a valuation or to delete a valuation from a database. The RICS as a professional organisation is not able to do either of these.
The RICS does not maintain a database of valuations and we are not aware of any central register for residential valuations, some lenders may keep their own which we would not know about.
In the UK there are sold prices on Land Registry. Asking prices (and eventually sold prices via Land Registry Data) are also available on tools like Zoopla. Most valuations reports are for the eyes only of the agreed audience and are not widely shared, partly as the instructions will vary by client and also for Private Indemnity Insurance reasons.
Commercial tools such as CoStar record lease costs etc and these are available to subscribers but not publicly available. Some of our larger members will keep their own data.
