National supplements to the Global Red Book can be found by expanding the section at the bottom of the Global Red Book page

A supplement for Valuation in Ireland was done with the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) in the past and the supplement for the 2019 edition is here 

Our Global Valuation Standards Expert Working Group includes two people from SCSI. The SCSI members thought an Ireland supplement wasn’t necessary as the information Ireland members would need is covered between the Red Book Global Standards and the Red Book UK National Supplement.
